Kurt Baker has a new full-length album Brand New Beat out on Collector’s Club Records (cd/digi) and Jolly Ronnie Records (vinyl). He’s the guy, if you are into classic old-school power pop and rock’n’roll. Late seventies / early 80’s powerpop revisited and brought up to date. A great album and it’s a whole lot of fun for sure. There might not be anything truly unique in this song Don’t Go Falling In Love for example, but I enjoy every damn second of it. Well done.
